I don't know. I was thinking the same initially but it was so quick I'm not sure the goalie had truly iced the puck. There's always been a bit of a battle there qnd he was out of the crease.

I think the ref was slow to the whistle but the goal should probably count.

The point is that the refs said it wasn't a hand pass because Mrazek had possession.

Okay, well if he had possession then it's goaltender interference.

But Rod couldn't challenge for goaltender interference because the refs wouldn't explain the call on the ice, so he had to just pick one or the other...
